Eat a high fiber diet with lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains – especially brown rice.

Use supplemental fiber as well.

Treat liver with silymarin, burdock and red clover.

Aloe vera – ½ cup 3 times a day on an empty stomach.

Use enteric-coated peppermint capsules.

Skullcap and valerian are calming herbs.

Check for food allergies as well as parasites, bacteria and fungal infections.

Use acidophilus/bifudus every day.

Sublingual or liquid b vitamins are recommended.

Take a good quality multiple/cal/mag and increase protein by 30% to aid with malabsoption issues.

Exercise reguarly and drink lots of water.

Avoid dairy and high carb foods and take enzymes on a regular basis.

Learn to reduce stress.
