Check your hcl levels:

Take a tsp. of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, if symptoms improve you need more hcl.  If symptoms worsen do not use supplements with hcl.

Take aloe vera – ¼ cup on an empty stomach am and pm.  Try george’s aloe vera juice from warren labs.

Herbs – slippery elm, pepperint, anise, parsley and cilantro aid natrually with digestion.

Include fresh papaya and pineapple in diet.

Add acidophilus/bifidus on a regular basis.

Limit intake of lentils, peanuts and soybeans – they have an enzyme inhibitor.

For upper gi gas take pancreatin, for lower gi gas take trace minerals.

Avoid junk foods, dairy, carbonated beverages, high fat foods and too much sugar.

Consider doing a digestive cleanse and checking for parasites, bacteria and fungal infections.

Drink lots of water but not at meals, chew well!
