Dietary History of Man by Brian Clement, PhD, LN

Dietary History of Man
First humans arrived in a tropical valley in Ethiopia
This environment provided all the food and medicine they required. As plant-based eaters, they flourished and strengthened their resolve as they moved forward into the future.
As the first people struck out as nomads, they maintained their simple diet and in great part peaceful lives. When their brains began to develop and negative will superseded their heartfelt instinct, they began to create the first friction among humans.

There is a plethora of theories about the human brain’s development, everywhere from crustacean consumption in swampy regions, to fruit from tropical trees, to the use of fire and animal food consumption, and on it goes. Consciousness is how the brain developed. This is not a defined element or anatomical part. It is omnipresent, endless and surrounds our human bodies, connecting us with all else. Although we modern people consider ourselves to be the most advanced, I challenge this by the mere fact that we only use a fraction of our brain. In fact, empirical evidence has generated good science revealing that cultures utilizing plant-based diets (fewer calories) draw upon parts of the brain that other groups do not.
Plant-based diets dominate the developing world simply because meat is a luxury there. Even in the West, where government subsidies keep meat prices artificially low, vegetarian and vegan diets are becoming increasingly popular.
Affluent, educated people worldwide are rethinking their animal-rich diets and adopting what not long ago was called “peasant cuisine.”
Affluent, educated people worldwide are rethinking their animal-rich diets and adopting what not long ago was called “peasant cuisine.” Ironically, the people who are acquiring economic security aspire to consume animal-rich diets because meat consumption is considered a sign of success.
Listed below are just a few of the diseases directly attributable to the consumption of animals and their secretions: Type 2 Diabetes Asthma Coronary Heart Disease Cerebrovascular Disease Peripheral Vascular Disease Obesity Hypertension Cancer Gout Allergies Mental Health Conditions
In the 21st century, the “experts” educated in medicine and science are still stuck on the theory of caloric intake, which has little to do with positive health outcomes. Better informed health-minded researchers feel they are privileged to understand the importance of NUTRIENTS in food.
Caloric intake fuels temporary energy stores.
Micronutruents provide the structure essential for thriving health.
Nutrient frequency is the frontier of nutritional science, and only a handful of conscious professionals are acknowledging that the authentic benefit of food comes from the electric lifeforce within. The human body is like a battery bank that needs constant input of sustenance. Nutrient frequency is the foundational generator that kickstarts caloric and micronutrient absorption and ultimately manifests an exceptional life.
Cornell’s 1935 study began to spotlight low caloric intake’s positive effect on longevity. Internationally, this hypothesis has been witnessed and studied hundreds of times, confirming the scientific validity of Cornell’s landmark discovery.
Micronutrients, like wood and nails, build the body’s temple, yet do little in creating energy that manifests a strong and abundant life.
Nutrient frequency is the panacea for a purposeful life, supplying the omnipresent consciousness with the jet fuel to interconnectedness. Although we think of ourselves as a physical being, our greater self is universal. This realization liberates our awareness so we can select powerful proponents for an energetic existence.
Venus Williams has been ranked World No. 1 in singles by the Women’s Tennis Association on three separate occasions.
Dave Scott is a U.S. triathlete and the first six-time Ironman Triathon World Champion.
Mac Danzig is an American mixed martial artist, who competes as a lightweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Patrik Baboumian is a world record strongman
All these athletes raise their game with a vegan diet.
Many top athletes today mimic the first people, whereas they expel extraordinary physical energy and are powered by a relentlessly progressive awareness and fueled by energized food. Your mind, which projects awareness, can create any reality once you are willing to abandon self-imposed limitations.
Our discussion today has demonstrated how history has been rewritten through the eyes of broken, limited belief. When we impose restriction upon ourselves, it produces the same confinement in all our endeavors.
Since the dawn of man, our species-specific diet is plant-based. Be it balance, nutrition, energy, cruelty, environment or aging, each of these areas are disturbed when one consumes animal-based fare. Endless volumes of scientific analysis and sensible observation has confirmed this at every level in all cases.
Theories generated by those who have limited energy and restricted awareness manifest false data, information and history. We must all awaken and aspire for change on an ongoing basis. This permits us to peel away the layers of deceptive thoughts and practices that have limited humanity from being the self-realized species who have the heart and minds to create harmony, universal well-being and complete abundance.
Sadly today, the average person thinks about health in a superficial way, “What foods will remove weight; which foods will add it?” Universally, when one removes the “usual suspects,” processed carbohydrates (white bread, pastas, baked desserts, etc.), one will reduce body weight. This measurement has no bearing on the benefits of healthy food or the problems that many other types of food create. For instance if one adopts a high-animal protein diet and reduces pounds they may add the weight of diabetes, heart disease, cancer and even contribute to diseases such as ALS, Parkinson’s, MS, etc. Consuming foods that are energized by the earth and sun in their unprocessed state will afford the body a substantial energized nutrient load that will allow balanced weight to prevail. In addition, the wise consumer of this primal food will gain a limitless ability to maintain biological well-being and extraordinary awareness.
